Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to manage administrative duties for a multi-subsidiary NetSuite environment. The NetSuite Administrator will be the main point of contact for NetSuite and work closely with the Finance department, Business Unit leaders, and Project Management Office to troubleshoot, resolve, and improve system performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage overall day-to-day administration and maintenance of NetSuite
- Configure and customize the NetSuite platform to support business needs across multiple regions.
- Maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Guidance documentation
- Prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite support tickets
- Lead efforts to plan, scope, gather, understand and analyze business requirements for enhancements
- Create and validate saved searches, reports, workflows, and dashboards
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to understand business requirements and informational needs
- Responsible for NetSuite updates, upgrades, and new releases
- Provide end-user training
- Ensure data integrity by performing data reports and integrations, providing accurate and timely support of financial reporting
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security across all global entities
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all regions, performing regular audits and data quality checks
- Educate users on NetSuite system functionality and features
- Assist in identifying and bridging process gaps, as needed
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in NetSuite, with expertise in system configuration and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security practices
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Experience working in a professional services industry, preferably in Architectural, Engineering, and/or Construction firms
